This is a partnership meeting that the public is welcome to attend. The mission of the Bay County Tobacco Free Partnership is to mobilize community partners to establish a long-lasting system and policy changes that promote tobacco-free social norms. We strive to prevent the usage of tobacco products by youth/young adults, encourage and support tobacco cessation, eliminate the hazards of secondhand smoke, and decrease the number of deaths due to tobacco products. The Goals of the Bay County Tobacco Free Partnership are to reduce and prevent the initiation of tobacco use, especially among youth and young adults by providing resources for smoking cessation. The partnership will advocate for ordinances and laws that eliminate secondhand smoke exposure on a local and state level and encourage policy, system, and environmental changes in the Point of Sale, Parks and Beaches, Multiunit Housing, and Access to Cessation. You will be responsible for the purchase of your meal and drink.
